Day 2 Hot Air Balloon Flight in Cappadocia + Half Day Cappadocia Tour // Overnight in Cappadocia
Your driver will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning around 4 AM for your hot air balloon flight experience. After having a light breakfast at the headquarters of the hot air balloon company, you will drive to the takeoff area for watching the preparations of the balloons. You will start your once in a lifetime experience and picture the best of Cappadocia from a birds eye view. After landing, you will receive your flight certificates and will be dropped back to your hotel around 7 AM for your second breakfast.
Suggested pick up at 10:00 AM by your guide at your hotel and drive to the off the beaten parts of Cappadocia to South and visit old Greek villages like Mustafapasa to see beautiful old Greek houses and drive through the farming villages to encounter local life. After a delicious homemade lunch in Mustafapasa, you will drive to the best Underground City of Cappadocia Kaymakli. After exploring the tunnels, caves, storages, chapel, stone doors and linseed oil factory of the Kaymakli Underground city, you will drive back to your hotel.
Day 3 Cappadocia tour // Overnight in Cappadocia
Start a comprehensive Cappadocia tour from your hotel. After stopping by the Imagination (Devrent) Valley and a walk among the beautiful fairy chimneys of the Monks (Pasabag) Valley, you will visit the Zelve Open Air Museum to see beautiful troglodyte cave dwellings of Cappadocia. You will drive to Avanos town afterwards for lunch and experience the ancient kick wheel pottery making in one of the workshops of Avanos town. You will visit the Open Air Museum of Goreme then to see the best preserved frescoes of the late Byzantine era. Chapels, churches, refectories and stables are carved all over the valleys nearby the Goreme village creating a huge monastic settlement. You will finish the day with a Turkish coffee to remove the exhaustion of the day while overlooking the surreal landscape of Cappadocia.
Day 4 Cappadocia Hiking Tour in a Famous Valley // Overnigh in Cappadocia
After a nice breakfast in your hotel meet with driver and guide around 09:30 for drive about 1,30 hours to reach Aksaray City - Selime Cathedral. Selime Cathedral is a remarkable rock-cut church located in Cappadocia. It is part of the Selime Monastery complex and is one of the largest churches in the Cappadocia region. After Selime, very short drive to Ihlara Canyon and Belisırma Village for have an easy level hiking beside of Melendiz River. After complete the hiking another 1,30 hours’ drive back to your hotel. Before get back to hotel visit a stone workshop in Cappadocia for have better information what type of semiprecious stones exist in Turkey. Today you may have COOKING CLASS for dinner.
Day 5 Drive from Cappadocia to Antalya // Overnight in Antalya
After breakfast at your hotel in Cappadocia, our driver will pick you up for a scenic drive from Cappadocia to Antalya in 7 hours with breaks on the way. You will first stop at Sultanhan Caravanserai which is the biggest Seljukian Caravanserai located on the Silk Road. After a visit to Sultanhani, you will continue to Konya city for lunch and visit to Mevlana Museum which is the birthplace of whirling dervishes. You will start your scenic journey from Konya to Antalya over Taurus Mountains and get phenomenal views like Alps in Europe and finally arrive to Turkish Riviera; Antalya. You will be dropped to your hotel for free evening.
Day 6 Antalya Tour
Explore Perge ancient city, which has been the capital of the Pamphylia region during the Hellenistic era. Thanks to the visitation of Saint Paul, Perge is among the most important archaeological sites on the Mediterranean coastline of Turkey. The State Agora, a colonnaded street, and the Nymphaeum of the city are still outstanding. Our visit to Perge will be followed by Aspendos ancient city to see the best-preserved ancient theater in Anatolia. Built-in 155, Aspendos Theater was used as a caravanserai and a palace by the Seljuks in the 13th Century, contributing to its conservation. We will have lunch nearby the Euromedon River. Drive to your hotel in the end…
Antalya ‘kaleici’ old town will be very attractive as the cafés and restaurants will be full of people enjoying with live music coming from every corner. You can spend a nice walk in the evening.
Day 7 Antalya to KAS // Overnight in KAS
Leave your hotel after breakfast and drive to Demre town which houses the Church of Saint Nicholas aka Santa Claus. You will enjoy the most picturesque road to KaleUcagiz town from Antalya and enjoy a memorable boat trip to the sunken city of Kekova with barbeque lunch on board. You will be able to explore the narrow streets of Simena town and visit the medieval castle on top of the town. Intricate Lycian tombs are scattered to the east of the castle that you can easily walk among them. Meet your driver at KaleUcagiz town and drive to your hotel in KAS.
Day 8 Relax Day in KAS // Overnight in KAS
Today will be kind of relax day. The historical place will be very near of the hotel. After breakfast at your hotel in KAS you will start to visit some ancient city nearby your hotel. The place will be Anthipellos Ancient City It was part of the Lycian region. Antiphellos was likely a flourishing port during the Lycians' time, engaging in trade and cultural exchanges with other Mediterranean civilizations. Notable ruins that can be found in Antiphellos include a theater and various sarcophagi, showcasing the rich architectural heritage of the Lycian civilization. After visit free time at center of KAS.
Day 9 KAS to Pamukkale
Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel after breakfast and drive you to Pamukkale (Approx 4.5 Hours), which means "cotton castle" in Turkish. It is a natural park and a UNESCO site today visited by many tourists worldwide. There is an ancient city called Hierapolis on top of the white travertines, a healing center since the 3rd Century BC. The kingdom of Pergamon developed the city into a famous healing center of the Hellenistic times, and Hierapolis started to grow rapidly when they became allies of the Roman Empire along with the people of Pergamon. Agoras, Baths, Theaters, and Temples were built in that time frame, and the ancient holy pool became a secret meeting point for Cleopatra and Marcus Antonius. The huge Roman Bath complex was converted to a museum to exhibit the relics unearthed during the Italians' excavations at the beginning of the 20th Century. After exploring the ancient city and a walk over the travertines, you will drive to your hotel.
Day 10 Pamukkale to Kusadasi // Overnight in Kusadasi
You will drive to Geyre village after breakfast for the highlight of the day; Aphrodisias. The city was dedicated to the most beautiful Goddess of the Greeks, and the city became an important school of sculpture and workshop of famous Aegean Marble. The statues in the museum of Aphrodisias look like they will come to life and walk away. The unfinished sarcophagus and the sculptures are among the most interesting relics of the ancient city of Aphrodisias. The Tetrapylon and the Stadium are jaw-dropping for being one of a kind in Anatolia in that condition. After seeing the Temple of Aphrodite, Theater, and the Odeon, you will be able to have a beautiful lunch at a nearby restaurant. A 2,5 hour drive will take you to Kusadasi City.
Day 11 Ephesus Tour
Your first stop will be the ancient city of Ephesus. Excavations are running in the city for more the last 140 years and looks like will never be completed. Thanks to the proximity to the calm waters of the Aegean Sea and the fertile lands nearby, Ephesus ancient city once became the biggest city of the Hellenistic world. Enormous trade created a society of art that can be seen in the architecture of the ancient site. The Library of Celsus, Terrace houses, The Odeon, Trajan Fountain and Hadrian’s temple are among the best monuments to see in the ancient city along with the magnificent theater once overlooked the ocean. Your tour in this city will be followed by lunch in Selcuk town. Then, you will drive up to a very important shrine of the Christian and Muslim world. The House of Virgin Mary is located on a hill top with beautiful views of the Aegean waters and is believed to be the final resting place of the Mother of Jesus Christ. The shrine was visited by several Popes and was announced as a pilgrimage spot by Pope Leo XIII in 1896. You will drive in between the olive trees and grape wines after a visit to the shrine of the Virgin and explore the village of Sirince. This old Greek village has amazing stone and wooden houses attracting tourists from all over the world and a stroll in the village and a break in a café will make you relax before checking in to your hotel.
Day 12 Izmir APT. to Istanbul // Overnight in Istanbul

Day 13 Walking the Old City of Istanbul // Overnight in Istanbul
Full day in Istanbul begins with a visit to the Hippodrome - for more than 1000 years the Hippodrome was the Byzantine center for sporting and social life; including chariot races, coronations, parades and court ceremonies. After strolling around the Hippodrome area, we will visit the Blue Mosque - the Grand Mosque of the Ottomans. This is a still-functioning mosque and offers beautiful Iznik ceramic tile work inside as well as spectacular architecture inside and out. The Hagia Sophia is our next stop - regarded as one of the marvels of architecture and engineering, the Hagia Sophia is currently a museum with a rich history. Built in 537 AD it is still considered the epitome of Byzantine architecture. Before lunch we will also visit the underground Basilica Cistern which offers rows upon rows of marble columns and carved statues in this beautiful water reservoir. Enjoy your lunch with views of the Hagia Sofia. After lunch we will take a short stroll to the famous Topkapi Palace - the imperial palace of the Ottomans. After touring the palace, get back to your hotel.
Day 14 Bosphorus Cruise and Bazaars // Overnight in Istanbul
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel at the desired time, this time to take you on a journey in time. Your first stop will be the Spice Market, where the Eastern merchants traded with their western colleagues. You will take a public ferry then, to sail in between 2 continents, which is an experience to take only in Istanbul. The Bosphorus strait divides Istanbul into 2 parts, and as you sail in between, you will see the best examples of the mansions and palaces built for the rich living in Istanbul. You will return to Eminonu again to visit the Rustem Pasha Mosque. Blue Mosque envy this one because of the blue tiles used in the decoration of the mosque. Suleymaniye Mosque awaits you on a hilltop with 53 meters of the dome, the tallest in Istanbul. Suleymaniye was built by the Grand Architect Sinan to the Ottomans' legendary emperor, Soliman the Magnificent. The whole complex houses a hospital, soup kitchen, a school, and a library, which are still used by various foundations today. Grand Bazaar is just a stone throw away from the mosque and is a must while in Istanbul. After exploring the hundreds of streets of the Grand Bazaar, you will be dropped back to your hotel.
